"Forged In The Crucible Of Death" is PATHOGEN's third full length album. Recorded in November 24, 2010 at Noiseworks Studio engineered by DB. The album was also mixed and mastered by DB at Noiseworks Studio on December 2010 to January 2011 and was initially released by PATHOGEN independently as a promo CDr for labels and fanzines and close acquaintances. This album also features a re-recorded song from their 2001 "Invoking Disease" 3-song demo entitled, "Lord Of The Undead"

The album was released on limited edition pro-cassette tape by Mandarangan Recordings, USA in 2011 and on pro-CD by Old Temple, Poland in 2012.

This upload have a corrected track sequence as the original tape and CD versions have a different track sequence. The audio was remastered by Willie Desamero on September 4 and 5, 2022.
